About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct UX research and benchmark UI/UX practices from leading music, media, and creator platforms.
2. Analyse user behaviours across age groups (15–25, 25–35, 35+) to inform audience-specific design decisions.
3. Collaborate with the lead designer to improve contest flows, artist profiles, and performance analytics UI.
4. Identify pain points in current user journeys and propose enhancements based on usability heuristics.
5. Create low-fidelity wireframes, user flow diagrams, and UX documentation using Figma or similar tools.
6. Suggest layout refinements and visual improvements that align with brand tone and design systems.
7. Apply a strong understanding of color psychology, typography, and visual hierarchy to ensure brand consistency.
