About the Internship
As a video intern at Social on the Rocks, you’ll work closely with our creative team to shoot and edit fun, engaging content that brings our clients’ brands to life.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Shooting content
1. Capture short-form videos (Reels, BTS, campaign shoots, lifestyle clips, etc.) during scheduled shoot days in Bangalore.
2. Work with the team to bring creative briefs into reality through dynamic visuals.
B. Editing videos
1. Edit 10–12 videos per month in line with our funky, tropical agency vibe.
2. Add transitions, effects, subtitles, and music to enhance storytelling.
3. Ensure quick turnarounds without compromising quality.
C. Creating templates
1. Build reusable editing templates to streamline workflow.
2. Maintain consistency in video styles while experimenting with trends.
D. Collaborating on creative concepts
1. Join brainstorming sessions to pitch fresh video ideas.
2. Keep track of video trends and suggest innovative approaches.
E. Handling revisions & feedback
1. Implement feedback from the team and clients quickly and accurately.
2. Organize video files and maintain a clean editing workflow.
F. Supporting internal branding: create occasional content for Social on the Rocks (behind-the-scenes clips, announcements, event reels, etc.).
