About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Reels & Video Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging, on-trend Instagram Reels and other short-form video content from start to finish, ensuring high-quality production that aligns with our brand.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar for all our social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, etc.), writing compelling captions, scheduling posts, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Community Engagement: Actively manage and grow our online community by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner, fostering conversations, and building strong relationships with our audience.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rate, follower growth, video views) and provide regular reports on performance, using data to refine and improve future content strategies.
Trend Monitoring & Adaptation: Stay current with the latest social media trends, viral sounds, platform updates, and content formats, and creatively adapt them to fit our brand’s objectives and connect with our target audience.
