About the Internship
Video Editing Internship – USA Sports & Pop Culture Content. Note: Only serious candidates willing to complete the assignment and probation period should apply.Role: Video Editing Intern
Focus: Editing short-form and long-form video content for an English sports & pop culture channel covering the NFL, NBA, and trending pop culture.

Responsibilities:
1. Edit daily video content:
2. • Short-form reels/shorts (3–4 per day) OR
3. • Long-form content (up to 6–8 minutes daily, weekly rotation between formats).
4. Handle live game coverage (NFL primarily, occasional NBA): create real-time reels & edits aligned to USA game timings. (Half-day off will be provided during live coverage weeks).
5. Add subtitles using Premiere Pro (or software of choice), ensuring style consistency with our brand.
6. Sometimes work on template-based edits using Premiere Pro or Canva where applicable.
7. On days without fresh video contents, assist in video uploads, scheduling, and basic scrapping tasks (training provided).
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong skills in Premiere Pro (Canva/CapCut knowledge a plus).
2. Interest or knowledge in NFL/NBA/Pop culture is highly valued.
3. Ability to work in USA shift timings (6:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST).
4. Creativity, adaptability, and a sense of storytelling.
Compensation & Growth:
1. Probation Period (1 month): Fixed stipend ₹2500 (training + performance evaluation).
2. Contract Period (3 months post-probation): Base ₹2500 + Performance Bonus up to ₹10,000/month.
3. Career Path: Placement opportunity after internship for high-performing candidates.
4. Certification: MSME-approved Internship Certificate + recommendation letter.
