About the Internship
We’re looking for a creative and structured video content creator who can develop intuitive, engaging, and professional training videos for our internal teams. You’ll work closely with our operations, content, and tech teams to convert training material and system flows into clear and easy-to-understand E-Learning modules, particularly for:1. Call center team (callers)
2. Campaign management & operations team
3. Our internal SaaS products (like Hunt Dial, LeadBrain, HS360, etc.)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Convert internal SOPs, process documents, and workflows into structured video content
2. Plan video scripts and visual explanations with the content and ops teams
3. Record, edit, and produce screen recordings, voiceovers, and animations
4. Create structured e-learning segments (with chapters, quizzes, checkpoints)
5. Ensure videos are simple, intuitive, and easy for new employees to grasp
6. Organize content into learning tracks per role (callers, campaign ops, product users)
