About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in the development and testing of the Z-Focus HR system modules.
2. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
3. Participating in requirement analysis and design discussions for new features.
4. Supporting frontend and backend tasks, including UI improvements and database management.
5. Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality.
6. Collaborating with the team to implement enhancements and fix issues reported during testing.
7. Assisting in the integration of third-party tools like payroll systems, email notifications, or biometric devices.
8. Maintaining documentation for development processes, code changes, and module functionality.
9. Learning and applying best practices in software development, version control, and project management.
10. Participating in team meetings, daily stand-ups, and progress updates.
