About the Job
You design what doesn’t exist yet, and make it so clear, they’ll feel like they’ve already walked through the event.We're looking for a 3D designer who gets events — from stage setups and product displays to entire venue transformations. Someone who knows how to make a space functional, fabulous, and fabrication-friendly.
What You’ll Do:
1. Design immersive 3D layouts and views for stage setups, exhibitions, stalls, and installations
2. Bring event concepts to life visually — walkthroughs, mood shots, detailed layouts
3. Understand scale, materials, practicality — your design shouldn’t collapse in real life
4. Collaborate with production and creatives to ensure design meets logic, budget, and buildability
5. Help the sales team speak less — your render should say it all
Who You Are:
1. Strong with 3Ds Max / SketchUp / Cinema 4D / or whatever gets the job done
2. Comfortable with dimensions, proportions, and real-world materials
3. Knows what can be fabricated and what’s just fantasy
4. Detail-oriented but not tunnel-visioned
5. Over 1 year in event or exhibition design preferred (but talent speaks louder than CVs)
