Key responsibilities:1. Maintain regular books of accounts.
2. Record and track expenses, including travel arrangements.
3. Maintain proper documentation and records.
4. Coordinate with the CA firm to ensure timely filing of tax returns.
5. Manage banking activities and administrative tasks.
6. Some responsibilities may extend to executive assistant duties as required.
7. Monitor and ensure timely payment of monthly expenses
8. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in Excel and Tally
9. Liaise with various external agencies and ensure timely follow-ups as required
