About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
2. Manage general ledger accounts and ensure proper journal entries are recorded.
3. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
6. Ensure compliance with all internal processes, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
7. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
8. Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies and suggest solutions.
9. Process invoices, payroll, and other transactions as required.
10. Maintain organized and updated financial records and documentation.
