About the Job
The Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling billing and invoicing, managing vendor/client accounts, and supporting overall financial operations. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
2. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments on time.
3. Handle accounts payable and receivable.
4. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
5. Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements.
6. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payments and account queries.
7. Monitor and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
8. Assist in auditing processes and documentation.
9. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
10. Support the finance team in daily administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in an accounting or finance-related role (freshers with internships may also apply).
3. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, etc.).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
