Handle visa files for students and visitors with accuracy and confidentialityMake outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries
Manage and update client data in CRM and internal systems
Coordinate with visa consultants for documentation and client updates
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for consultants
Verify and format documents as per embassy/university requirements
Track visa application progress and ensure timely follow-ups
Assist in generating invoices, receipts, and coordinating payments
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Liaise with embassies, universities, and partner agencies
Support marketing activities like seminars, webinars, and promotions
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries
Collect client feedback and prepare monthly performance reports
Ensure compliance with data protection and visa regulations
Provide emergency support for urgent visa cases or travel issues
