About the Job
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented air ticketing executive to join our growing travel operations team. If you have a solid background in ticketing, GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo), and customer coordination, we’d love to hear from you! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting seamless travel experiences while working independently or collaboratively across teams.Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with clients to understand their travel requirements and suggest the best fare options
2. Book and issue domestic & international air tickets using GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo)
3. Handle rescheduling, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary changes
4. Compare routes and prices to offer optimal travel solutions
5. Ensure accuracy in passenger and ticketing documentation
6. Maintain up-to-date records of all bookings and related transactions
7. Support the sales and customer service teams in travel planning and follow-ups
8. Conduct basic hotel searches and assist in related arrangements when required
Work mode flexibility- Choose a work mode that suits your lifestyle and experience:
1. Full-time on-site: Office-based in Aluva, Kochi
2. Part-time: Flexible hours, remote or on-site
3. Hybrid: Split between home and office as per project needs
4. Remote: Available for experienced candidates outside Kochi with a proven ticketing operations background
