About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Installation & configuration
Install and configure broadband modems, set-top boxes, routers, and other airtel devices at customer premises.
Ensure accurate and timely installation as per company standards.
2. Customer coordination
Coordinate with customers for scheduled installation.
Educate customers on product usage, features, and basic troubleshooting.
3. Field operations
Travel to customer locations within a 4–7 km radius.
Maintain professionalism and safety while working on-site.
4. Issue resolution
Handle minor technical issues or escalate to the technical team if required.
Ensure first-time resolution and customer satisfaction.
5. Documentation & reporting
Collect and submit installation documents and verification forms.
Update the status of each job in internal systems (digital/physical logs).
6. Team collaboration
Work closely with team leads, dispatch teams, and supervisors for smooth workflow.
Participate in training programs to upgrade technical skills.
