Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct in-depth asset profiling to match real estate offerings with specific client investment goals and preferences.
2 Curate personalized asset bundles (residential/commercial units) based on buyer personas, budgets, and location desirability.
3. Provide asset readiness reports to sales leadership, highlighting units that require push, repositioning, or immediate client targeting.
4. Coordinate internally with legal and ops teams to ensure clear asset delivery timelines and compliance pre-commitment.
5. Participate in internal strategy meetings to provide ground-level insights on asset attractiveness and sales velocity.
