About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Develop and manage strong relationships with dealers and distributors in the assigned region
2. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective dealer engagement and channel planning
3. Monitor dealer performance and provide training and support to improve productivity
4. Handle dealer onboarding, contract compliance, and ongoing relationship management
5. Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular reports and insights
6. Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and promotion execution
7. Address and resolve dealer queries, grievances, and escalations
8. Conduct regular dealer visits and business reviews
Requirements:
1. Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2. Have 1 year of experience in B2B or channel sales, preferably with exposure to dealer or distributor management
3. Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Work independently in a target-driven environment
5. Show proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
6. Be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
