About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Counsel potential learners via calls, virtual demos, and office walk-ins to help them understand the value of our program and guide them toward enrollment
2. Own your monthly sales targets and execute strategic plans that contribute to our ambitious goal of reaching 100 Cr in annual recurring revenue (ARR)
3. Build strong relationships with learners and actively share feedback with the marketing and product teams to strengthen our offerings and lower customer acquisition costs
4. Grow with us, build and lead your own team as we expand into 1200+ districts across India. Step into a leadership role in less than a year
5. Take charge of training and developing our inbound counsellors, equipping them with the skills to excel

Compensation and benefits:
1. Current Compensation - ESOP's (stock options) + 3.6-5LPA (in-hand) + 1.5-2LPA (variable)
2. Your next Appraisal will be in a really short period, considering this is a core team position we are hiring for 4-10 months
