About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. ● Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and handle general administrative tasks for the sales teams.
2. ● Lead Management Support: Assist in the initial processing and distribution of leads to DIS and FoS Agents, ensuring data accuracy in the CRM.
3. ● Campaign Support: Support DIS Agents with the setup and monitoring of email campaigns and outbound call lists.
4. ● Technical Assistance: Provide first-line technical support for Contact Centre tools (CRM, communication platforms) and escalate complex issues as needed.
5. ● Documentation & Reporting Support: Assist the Data Analyst and sales teams with data entry, report generation, and maintaining sales documentation.
6. ● Client Onboarding & Handover Support: Facilitate the seamless transition of closed deals to the client's internal media and operations teams by ensuring all necessary documentation and information are shared accurately.
7. ● Quality Assurance (Supporting): Assist in monitoring call recordings or email communications for adherence to scripts and quality standards, providing feedback to agents where appropriate (in collaboration with team leads).
8. ● Logistics Coordination (FoS Support): Assist the FoS Lead with scheduling field visits, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring FoS Agents have necessary resources.
9. ● Inventory & Creative Coordination: Liaise between sales teams and media operations/creative departments to ensure ad inventory is available and creative assets are ready.
10. ● Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to operational workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency.
