About the Job

YC-backed start-up serving US enterprise clients by transforming the underwriting landscape with Generative AI. Our SaaS solutions help insurance companies in the US make smarter, faster decisions by optimizing underwriting processes, reducing risk, and improving premiums. As we expand, we are looking for a highly driven project manager to lead pilot execution and onboarding implementation for our enterprise customers. You’ll play a central role in delivering solutions, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring every customer implementation runs smoothly and efficiently- from pilot through to full-scale rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pilot & implementation ownership: Lead the execution of pilots and customer onboarding implementations. Translate product expectations from customer stakeholders into internal workflows. Drive customer timelines and ensure successful pilot and production transitions happen without delay.
2. Internal coordination & execution: Collaboration with internal operations leads to plan delivery and workforce supply based on volume forecasts. Conduct rigorous pre-implementation testing of workflows and output reports to ensure delivery accuracy. Align product, operations, and solution delivery teams to execute each customer use case with precision.
3. Customer communication & expectation alignment: Directly interact with customer teams to gather onboarding requirements and ensure clear communication loops. Provide proactive suggestions and insights to customers, acting as a trusted project partner.
4. Problem-solving & smart execution: Own end-to-end delivery timelines and work cross-functionally to remove roadblocks. Demonstrate sound judgment and creativity to offer smart solutions to customer queries.
