Key Responsibilities:1. Prepare resumes by tailoring candidate profiles according to job requirements
2. Demonstrate very good communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members
3. Stay self-motivated to consistently meet recruitment and sales goals
4. Perform US bench sales by marketing IT consultants to various clients and vendors
5. Handle US IT recruitment by sourcing, screening, and submitting suitable candidates for technical roles
6. Manage HR responsibilities, including onboarding, employee communication, and coordination
7. Maintain financial records and transactions as an accountant
