Job Summary:The Boutique Sales Associate ensures the successful sale of new and second-hand retail products to customers by providing excellent customer service and informed knowledge of the product, advertising, and promotions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create a warm, positive, and stylish first impression in line with store branding.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and address all customer inquiries.
3. Assist with merchandise display, in-store promotions, and stock replenishment.
4. Monitor and report any issues with challenging patrons to the Supervisor.
5. Maintain store cleanliness, including change rooms, staff areas, and display booths.
6. Sort, rotate, and organize merchandise.
7. Collaborate with Marketing, Store Supervisor, and Social Enterprise teams to execute creative social media campaigns for brand awareness.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Note: Job working will be Monday to Saturday
