About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Maintain and increase sales of the company’s products.
2. Set annual sales targets in collaboration with the Business Manager and work to achieve them successfully.
3. Drive the team to achieve maximum monthly incentives through Sales Performance Monitoring Programs.
4. Improve quotation conversion rates through consistent follow-ups.
5. Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
6. Contribute to the geographical expansion of the VISL brand into new areas or locations.
7. Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Collect and report regular customer feedback on products and services offered by VISL.
9. Understand and respond to customer inquiries related to the brand or business segment.
10. Handle and follow up on existing inquiries to ensure successful conversion.
