About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. New Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients in relevant industries (agriculture, food, FMCG, cement, etc.), generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, value-driven relationships with new and existing clients to ensure consistent repeat business.
3. Sales & Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
4. Handling Inquiries & Orders: Respond promptly to client inquiries, share quotations, coordinate sampling, handle order processing, and manage post-sale support.
5. Market Research & Feedback: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements in products or offerings.
6. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries, quality compliance, and smooth operations.
