About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and managing relationships.
2. Identify, screen, and recommend suitable freelancers based on project requirements.
3. Facilitate meetings and onboarding between clients and freelancers.
4. Ensure smooth communication and timely delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Drive account growth by identifying upselling opportunities and recommending additional services.
6. Maintain a pipeline of vetted freelancers to meet ongoing demands.
7. Collect feedback, resolve issues promptly, and report on account activity and opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Experience in client management is a plus.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Interest in sales and understanding of the freelance market.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
6. Confident, proactive, and relationship-focused.
