Key Responsibilities:A. Lead Generation & Prospecting
1. Research and identify potential corporate clients in target sectors
2. Maintain and update CRM/database with leads and client information
B. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
1. Initiate conversations with HR/L\&D Heads and CXOs through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and events
2. Schedule and facilitate discovery meetings with decision-makers
C. Proposal Development & Conversion
1. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare impactful pitch decks, training calendars, and customized proposals
2. Follow up, negotiate, and close deals, ensuring high client satisfaction
D. Market Intelligence
1. Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging needs in learning and development
2. Provide feedback to the leadership team to refine offerings and strategy
E. Reporting & Collaboration
1. Maintain weekly activity trackers, funnel reports, and meeting logs
2. Coordinate with the delivery and marketing teams for smooth onboarding and brand alignment
