Key responsibilities:1. Handle telephonic and face-to-face counseling of potential students
2. Generate and follow up on leads through cold calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms
3. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
4. Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure satisfaction
5. Participate in promotional activities and campaigns
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Exhibit strong sales acumen with confidence in B2C sales from cold calling to closing deals
3. Maintain resilience and motivation to handle objections and stay goal-focused under pressure
4. Show passion for education and career development
5. Possess basic computer skills and be comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
