About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Outbound calling: Make proactive calls to potential customers from our database to introduce and promote our products and services.
2. Lead engagement: Connect with inbound leads and respond to customer queries with clarity and professionalism.
3. Sales coordination: Identify interested leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to take the conversation forward.
4. Customer interaction: Build rapport, understand customer needs, explain product benefits, and confidently handle objections.
5. CRM management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, update lead status, and track follow-ups in the system.
6. Issue resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
