About the Job
Key responsibilities:Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and create
customised product demonstrations & presentations.
Identify potential clients, understand their business challenges, and position our
products/services as solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine pre-sales strategies.
Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to prospects.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead interactions and engagement details.
Support post-sales teams in ensuring a smooth client onboarding process.
Gather client feedback and provide insights for product enhancements.
Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales
effectiveness.
