About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end customer journey: onboarding, support, upsell, and retention
2. Handle inbound, outbound calls to engage leads, explain offerings, and close deals
3. Track and optimize performance using CRM systems, dashboards, internal tools
4. Operate and oversee chatbot communication flows and live chat interactions.
5. Drive sales operations and achieve weekly/monthly targets
6. Collect feedback & improve customer experience through structured follow-ups
7. Work closely with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure service quality
8. Create and maintain reports on performance metrics and customer interactions
