About the Job
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:1. · Must hold a BBA/MBA degree or any similar degree.
2. · Candidates from exhibition industry will be preferred.
3. · You will have to actively work on developing new account & new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for custom build designer exhibition stands, Corporate Events and Retail Branding.
4. · You will assist your team head in creating, developing, conceptualizing and delivering business proposals to clients.
5. · You should be a good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; an outgoing personality passionate to work in events & exhibition industry.
6. · You should be able to work independently under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
7. · You should be willing to work at odd hours for on-site supervision during assigned projects.
8. · You should be flexible with respect to commuting and working on outstation project
9. · In-depth knowledge of b2b exhibitions, corporate events and retail branding.
10. · Managing existing clients & acquiring new ones.
11. · Growing the relationship & extract regular business.
12. · Good presentation and negotiation skills.
13. · Strong orientation to timelines.
14. · Should be an Independent self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
