Key Responsibilities1. Identify and connect: Understand the unique needs of potential pet parents and match them with suitable pets or services through consultations and follow-ups.
2. Relationship building: Develop and maintain meaningful connections with clients, guiding them through every step of their pet's journey.
3. Sales growth: Achieve and exceed client acquisition targets through effective communication and a deep understanding of client expectations.
4. Customer support: Promptly address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience for every pet parent.
5. Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, track interactions, and monitor progress using CRM tools or internal systems.
