Key responsibilities:1. Identify and bid on potential projects across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
2. Write customized, high-quality proposals that address client requirements.
3. Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on submitted proposals.
4. Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate estimations and project planning.
5. Track and report bidding success rate and conversion ratios.
6. Research and analyze market trends and client needs to identify new opportunities.
7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Maintain client data and communication history using CRM tools.
