About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Take full ownership of monetization across YouTube & Instagram profiles by pitching content-led campaigns, brand integrations, and long-term sponsorships
2. Identify and connect with potential brand partners, agencies, and marketplaces, and convert warm leads or pitch cold ones
3. Collaborate with our content & creative team to prepare pitch decks, proposals, and pricing strategies tailored to each brand
4. Ensure campaign success, timely deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
5. Stay up to date with trends in influencer marketing, media buying, and branded content, and keep a tab on what’s working in YouTube/Instagram monetization
6. Hit monthly revenue targets and contribute to building a self-sustaining media sales pipeline
