About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and driven business development executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing IT projects, and achieving a monthly sales target of INR 1 lakh. This role requires strong communication skills, a basic understanding of technology, and a passion for traveling.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
2. Close IT projects with a focus on web and app development.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets of INR 1 lakh.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
6. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project requirements are met and clients are satisfied.
7. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT industry.
8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Brihat Infotech's services.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
10. Travel as required to meet clients and attend meetings.
