About the Job
Job Summary:We're seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing cum Business Development Executive to promote our badminton coaching programs, manage social media, create engaging content, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Develop high-quality videos, Reels, creatives, and posts for social media platforms.
2. Social Media Management: Handle and maintain multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
3. Testimonials & Feedback: Create compelling video testimonials and feedback from clients.
4. Client Video Creation & Editing: Produce and edit videos for clients, showcasing their progress and achievements.
5. Lead Generation & Conversion: Call meta leads, book trials, and convert prospects into clients.
6. Retention & Engagement: Design and execute digital strategies to retain and engage audiences, including offers, quizzes, and advertisements.
7. Tournament & Event Organization: Assist in organizing tournaments, workshops, and events for schools, societies, and landowners.
8. Reporting & Showcasing: Create report cards, facilitate parent-coach meetings, and showcase coaching program progress.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and business development
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Canva & Photoshop)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
