About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Health Camp Management:
1. Plan and execute 20+ health camps per month in Patna with nursing interns and paramedics
2. Handle all operational aspects, including permissions, locations, logistics, and resources
3. Coordinate with the internal medical team and volunteers
B. Business Development:
1. Identify, contact, and onboard new partners (hospitals, NGOs, health & wellness companies, etc.)
2. Pitch proposals and coordinate director meetings for MOUs
3. Build and maintain sales pipeline for camps and partnerships
C. Stakeholder & Partner Management:
1. Maintain weekly updates, monthly reports, and progress presentations
2. Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
3. Build strong partner relationships
D. Team Coordination:
1. Lead interns and medical staff during camps
2. Ensure smooth team communication and performance
