Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹55,000/month + Uncapped Incentives

The opportunity:
This role goes beyond just numbers on a call sheet. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll drive the first step in the sales journey — by initiating thoughtful outreach, qualifying leads, and setting the foundation for lasting client relationships. You’ll play a key role in shaping how businesses discover MeeTenX and the value we deliver.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
2. Understand and align with business goals of potential clients
3. Research and identify qualified leads using tools like Google and LinkedIn
4. Target the right audience through insights into the US/UK market
5. Qualify leads and schedule appointments
6. Build strong, professional rapport with prospects and maintain continuity
7. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of outreach in internal CRM systems
8. Collaborate with account managers for smooth lead transitions
9. Contribute to the outbound sales process and support end-to-end sales efforts where needed
What you bring:
1. 1+ years of experience in international B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation
2. Familiarity with appointment setting and outbound prospecting best practices
3. Strong communication skills and fluency in English
4. Practical understanding of the US market and business landscape
5. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search and LinkedIn for lead research
6. A goal-oriented mindset with the resilience to thrive in a performance-driven role
7. Availability for the night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)
8. Readiness to join immediately or by the August 4th batch
