About the Job
Key responsibilities:1) Walk-In & Lead Handling at Office
Attend to walk-in clients, channel partners, and referrals at the office; offer project briefings and set up site visits or closures directly.
2) Daily Telecalling & Lead Engagement
Actively call and follow up with leads shared by the marketing or telecalling team; understand client needs and pitch accordingly.
3) Office-Based Client Meetings
Invite qualified clients for in-person discussions at the office, offering presentations, pricing options, and documentation support.
4) Site Visit Coordination & Handover
Coordinate with the field sales team or self-schedule site visits; ensure clients receive directions, project details, and professional follow-through.
5) CRM Entry & Daily Activity Logs
Update all interactions, follow-ups, and lead stages into CRM systems daily; ensure no lead is left untracked or uncontacted.
6) In-House Pitch Presentation
Conduct presentations and one-on-one discussions using brochures, videos, pricing sheets, and layouts in the office meeting zone or demo room.
7) Cross-Team Collaboration
Liaise with marketing for campaign feedback, legal/admin for documentation queries, and site teams for availability and inventory checks.
