About the Job
We're looking for driven, people-focused BD Executives to be on the frontlines, helping families find their dream homes while driving Jumbo's growth in Bangalore's most sought-after markets.As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the face of Jumbo Homes on the field, guiding buyers through their property search and ensuring a world-class experience.
What you’ll do:
1. Engage Clients: Understand HNI/family requirements, recommend homes matching 80%+ needs, and build lasting relationships.
2. Showcase Properties: Conduct site visits and walkthroughs; capture photos/videos to boost property visibility.
3. Provide Insights: Stay updated on Bangalore micro-markets (Whitefield, Sarjapur, Koramangala, etc.) and advise on pricing, ROI, and trends.
