About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Lead generation & client acquisition:
1. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, trade shows, and digital platforms.
2. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualified prospects.
3. Build long-term relationships with procurement managers, R&D heads, and decision-makers at target companies.
B. Customer relationship management:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts; ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving requirements.
3. Provide technical support and product recommendations in collaboration with the technical or R&D team.
C. Reporting & Excel management:
1. Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the company CRM system.
2. Use Excel effectively for data tracking, pricing updates, sales reports, client follow-ups, and ensure it is regularly updated with all new activities.
