About the Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attract top-tier brands by understanding their core values and aligning them with Confluencr’s influencer marketing solutions
2. Build and nurture strategic relationships with brands, translating their objectives into impactful influencer campaigns
3. Craft persuasive and engaging proposals to present Confluencr’s offerings to potential partners
4. Develop long-term, mutually beneficial brand partnerships that drive consistent business growth
5. Forecast market trends and anticipate brand needs to position Confluencr as their go-to influencer marketing partner
6. Identify new avenues for business expansion and brand collaborations
7. Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure continuous engagement and repeat business

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in brand partnerships, business development, or client servicing with proven success
2. Deep understanding of branding, influencer marketing, and digital landscapes
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create impactful pitches
4. Strategic thinking and strong insight into brand psychology and market dynamics
5. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work across various brand categories
6. Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
