About the Job
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven business growth manager to lead our strategic initiatives and drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening market presence, optimizing partnerships, and improving customer acquisition and retention strategies.Key Responsibilities:
A. Growth strategy & execution:
1. Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and verticals.
B. Partnerships & alliances
1. Establish and manage partnerships with agencies, brands, or vendors.
2. Negotiate and close B2B deals and collaborations.
C. Sales & revenue expansion:
1. Support sales efforts through lead generation and pipeline growth.
2. Set and track revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
D. Market & competitor analysis:
1. Conduct regular market research and competitive benchmarking.
2. Use insights to inform go-to-market strategies and positioning.
E. Marketing collaboration:
1. Work closely with marketing teams to craft campaigns that boost growth.
2. Drive digital, performance, and content-led initiatives.
F. Product/service optimization:
1. Provide feedback to product/ops teams based on customer and market insights.
2. Innovate offerings to suit evolving market demands.
