About the Job
We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join us as Management Trainees in our Cloud & Gen AI Solutions team. This role offers a unique blend of exposure to presales, sales operations, and emerging technologies, setting the foundation for a high-growth career in the IT services industry.Key Responsibilities:
1. Presales Enablement: Support the development of RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer presentations by showcasing Visionet’s strengths.
2. Sales Operations: Assist with pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and reporting to support go-to-market execution and sales performance tracking.
3. Client Collaboration: Work alongside sales and delivery teams to support early-stage client discussions and solutioning efforts.
4. GTM Strategy: Contribute to marketing and GTM plans across Cloud, Data, and AI offerings.
5. Cross-functional Exposure: Engage with consultants, architects, and delivery leaders to help shape winning solutions.
6. Research & Insights: Perform market and competitive research to help position Visionet’s services effectively.
CTC: Rs. 6 lakhs and not a constraint for the right candidate.
