About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify, build, and nurture new B2B leads through research, networking, and referrals.
2. Proactively reach out and fix meetings with HR heads, L&D teams, and corporate decision-makers.
3. Meet clients in-person or virtually to understand their training, coaching, leadership development, team building, or event needs.
4. Recommend customized solutions and work with internal teams to create winning proposals.
5. Maintain strong client relationships, ensure repeat business, and support upselling opportunities.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to the leadership team.
7. Keep up with industry trends to offer fresh, relevant solutions to clients.
