As a business developer, you will play a critical role in driving growth through lead generation, partnerships, and direct sales. You will manage outbound campaigns, affiliate programs, and sales funnels.Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to cold and warm leads via calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
2. Pitch certification programs and fellowship opportunities
3. Create tie-ups with clinics, colleges, influencers, and academies
4. Manage affiliate leads, motivate partners, and share sales assets
5. Build and maintain sales pipelines using CRM tools
6. Achieve monthly revenue goals
Compensation:
1. Fixed: ₹18,000–₹30,000/month
2. Variable: Commissions + performance bonuses
3. Growth path
4. Business developer → Sr. BD → Growth Manager → Head of Sales
