About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage incoming calls and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
2. Provide essential support by answering client calls when primary team members are engaged.
3. Review and ensure the clarity, accuracy, and timeliness of messages and emails sent to clients
4. Send crucial follow-up messages via WhatsApp and email to guide clients through their journey.
5. Ensure all data within our client management system (CRM) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
6. Collect and organize operational data to help teams identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
7. Prepare clear and concise summaries of team reports for management review.
