About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Welcome & introduction calls: Conduct structured welcome calls to new leads, introducing them to the company, project offerings, and next steps.
2. Client requirement mapping: Collect and document client needs (budget, location, configuration, lifestyle preferences) in a structured format for internal use.
3. Project walkthrough coordination: Share curated digital brochures, videos, and project presentations based on client profiles to initiate interest.
4. Onboarding form & document collection: Assist clients in completing onboarding documents such as KYC, booking interest forms, or pre-qualification checklists.
5. Explaining processes & policies: Clearly communicate the sales process, site visit protocol, payment stages, and RERA compliance to clients.
6. Client experience tracking: Maintain a checklist for each new client to ensure all onboarding steps are completed within expected timelines.
7. Internal handoff coordination: Collaborate with the sales advisors, CRM team, and site team to ensure a smooth transition post-onboarding.
8. Maintaining onboarding logs: Track and report onboarding status across different campaigns or projects using internal tools or Excel dashboards.
