About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale
2. Ensure timely onboarding and smooth handover from the sales team
3. Build strong long-term relationships with existing clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
4. Regularly engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges and service performance
5. Proactively suggest improvements and additional services to meet client needs
6. Handle and resolve client queries, concerns or escalations in a professional and timely manner
7. Monitor project delivery timelines in coordination with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met
8. Track client renewals and work toward achieving retention and revenue targets
