Physioneeds Academy is a globally recognized healthcare education platform delivering high-quality CPD-accredited courses to physiotherapists and health professionals in 190+ countries. We are on a mission to upskill the next generation of clinical leaders. The client success associate (CSA) is responsible for engaging leads, nurturing student relationships, solving course-related queries, and converting interest into enrollment. You will work as a trusted advisor and guide each prospect to the right learning path.Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to incoming queries via WhatsApp, calls, and emails
2. Understand course offerings and match them with student needs
3. Schedule consultations and follow-up conversations
4. Explain course benefits, certifications, career scope, and outcomes
5. Maintain CRM records and update lead stages daily
6. Share brochures, videos, and student success stories
7. Handle post-sale support to ensure course onboarding
8. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
