About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Achieve collection targets related to recovery amount, portfolio coverage, quality, and productivity indicators.
2. Analyze the performance of collection agencies and recommend corrective actions for improvement.
3. Prepare and manage daily allocation schedules and ensure a minimum of 15 customer visits per day.
4. Deposit the previous day’s collections daily without fail.
5. Adhere strictly to company protocols regarding customer interaction, dress code, and field behavior.
6. Uphold the company code of conduct and maintain high standards of integrity at all times while in the field.
