About the role:
As a Computer System Validation (CSV) Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in validating computer systems and ensuring their compliance with industry regulations and standards. The role provides an opportunity to work closely with experts, participate in real-world projects, and develop critical technical and documentation skills required in regulated industries.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning, executing, and documenting computer system validation activities.
2. Draft and review validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), reports, and related documentation.
3. Support assessment and documentation of software and systems for compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, etc.).
4. Participate in risk assessments, impact analyses, and troubleshooting of validation issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of validation deliverables.
6. Maintain and organize project documentation in line with quality requirements.
Skills & requirements:
1. Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
2. Basic understanding of computer systems, software development lifecycle, or IT compliance concepts.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
6. Eagerness to learn about regulatory environments (e.g., pharma, biotech, healthcare).
